Maureen & Claudio’s philosophy and passion for food was cultivated and developed while working and living in Italy. They remain committed to their original mission of bringing the very best Italian cuisine to the North West. This comprises exceptionally tasty but simple food, beautifully presented in welcoming surroundings.

…and dishes are interpreted from Abruzzo and beyond capturing the essence of all Italy and are heavily influenced by the traditions of Claudio’s native Abruzzo. There is a modern twist to the cuisine that results in bold yet clean and distinct flavours.

Crisp linen tablecloths, Italian artwork, a warm fire and a piano combine to give the restaurant its unique atmosphere, while from the conservatory the customer’s eye  is directed towards the view over the City and the River Foyle.
